Crystalyn, Crystal, or Crit.  She is a known personality in the Filipino community on so many layers.  She is the working partner/wife of Carlos Cabel in their DJ Business and as Saladmaster Senior Consultants; the nurturing mother of Zoe and Zia; the efficient Head of Medical Records at the USA Doctor on Wheels; and, a member-dancer of the Maharlika Dancers USA.  With a plate already full, she courageously piles on the challenging volunteer work as one of PCCI's 2023 Charity Lead Fundraiser.  Now one can understand why Crit's favorite saying is, "It's better to be a shot of whiskey, than to be somebody's cup of tea"!

         Crystal hails from Pagsanjan, Laguna, the eldest child of Gina and Glenn Ranieses.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree prior to migrating here in the US.  Like first generation immigrants, she worked hard to get her footing in the mainstream.    But she did not just look out for herself and family.  Crystal immersed herself in the community by her volunteer work in managing  cultural organizations and projects.
